Federal Engineering to Participate in LTE North America 2015 Conference
FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, October 26, 2015 — Federal Engineering, Inc. (FE) has been invited to participate in the 8th Annual LTE North America Conference, to be held on November 17-19, 2015 in Dallas, TX.

Mr. Neil Horden, Chief Consultant and a recognized industry expert in public safety communications technologies, will be participating. His unique perspective is invaluable as we integrate new technologies to meet the mission critical needs of first responders,” said FE’s President, Ronald F. Bosco.
Mr. Bosco continued: “Our participation at the LTE North America conference allows us to share our experience and knowledge in the application of new and evolving communications technologies. Mr. Horden, will be moderating a panel discussion on Thursday, November 19th from 2:40 p.m. – 3:10 p.m. entitled; “How Will networks from FirstNet, P25, TETRA and Local Deployments Coexist?” This panel will consist of thought leaders from across industry and government and will cover a variety of timely topics including:
- Guaranteeing QoS across all networks
- State-level and local-level initiatives to drive toward resilient networks across technologies”
Mr. Horden serves as Chief Consultant at Federal Engineering. He is a 30-year veteran of the wireless communications industry and began his career with Federal Engineering in 2004. Prior to joining FE, he held various positions at a major radio equipment manufacturer including Systems Engineering, Sales Engineering and Product Management. Mr. Horden is a member of APCO and serves on their Commercial Advisory Council. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and the Radio Club of America (RCA). Mr. Horden serves on MissionCritical Communications magazine’s editorial advisory board. In addition, he participates in several National Public Safety Telecommunications (NPSTC) working groups, and presents regularly at the International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE) and APCO conferences.
