Are you ready to make an impact in the world of public safety and critical communications? FE is seeking a high-performing Sales Account Executive to drive growth in our Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Wireless Consulting Practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent a trusted, nationally recognized brand while working with some of the most important public safety and critical communications organizations across the U.S. and Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for direct sales for FE’s LMR and wireless consulting practice.
  • Develop and manage relationships with public safety agencies, utilities, transportation organizations, and other critical-infrastructure clients.
  • Collaborate with our Emergency Communications Center practice to identify and pursue cross-practice opportunities.
  • Sell consulting services across a broad portfolio, including:
    • Public safety, utilities, and transportation communications systems.
    • Land Mobile Radio, private LTE, DAS, and microwave/fiber backhaul technologies.
    • NG911 systems, CAD/RMS/JMS platforms, and cybersecurity.
    • Emergency Operations Centers and Real-Time Crime Centers.
    • System lifecycle analysis, resiliency upgrades, and governance.
  • Represent FE at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events.
  • Work with our proposal development group and support marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Strong network and established relationships within the critical communications and public safety markets.
  • 5+ years in the critical communications industry.
  • 5+ years of business development/sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Prior sales experience with a land mobile radio vendor (Motorola, L3Harris, EFJ, etc.) preferred
