(FE) to provide NG9‑1‑1 consultation, evaluation, and development services to support the State’s migration to the new, NG9‑1‑1 system.

Mr. A. Craig Logan the Project Manager for Idaho said: “This multiyear project will have a major impact on how we provide emergency services to the citizens of Idaho. Their team of experts will provide technical, financial, regulatory, and operational advice, including assistance in planning, implementation, operation, maintenance, support, evolution, and enhancement of NG9-1-1 across the State.”

Ronald F. Bosco, FE’s President and CEO, provided an overview: “FE’s scope of work for this important project includes the following tasks:

  • High-level requirements definition
  • Comparison to national standards
  • NG9-1-1 deployment options
  • Request for Proposal development
  • Proposal evaluation criteria development and vendor evaluation
  • Implementation oversight
  • Ongoing project management throughout the transition

Our consultants regularly speak at NENA, APCO, and IWCE conferences. We are respected members of the public safety community, chair national committees, and have had papers published by many professional organizations. FE’s Chief Consultant serves on the Board of Directors of the NG9-1-1 Institute.”
