FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, November 17, 2025 – The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS), located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada announced that they have selected Federal Engineering, Inc. (FE) to assist with replacing its current Computer Aided Dispatching CAD/Mobile system.

Mr. Bill Payne, Director of Information Technology for the Halton Regional Police Service, spoke of: “Having the responsibility for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all areas of the Halton Regional Police Service, it is my honor to serve the community. The HRPS employs more than 800 uniformed officers, over 300 civilian staff, and approximately 200 volunteers. Working with this dedicated group of people, we keep the communities of the City of Burlington, Town of Oakville, Town of Milton, and Town of Halton Hills as safe tomorrow as they are today.”
