Wisconsin Selects Federal Engineering for Statewide Radio Network Consulting Services
FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, November 16, 2020 — The State of Wisconsin has selected Federal Engineering, Inc. (FE) to provide Statewide Radio Network Consulting Services which will include assistance with the development of requirements and specifications to be used in an RFP for the next iteration of Wisconsin Interoperable System for Communications (WISCOM).

Mr. Erik Viel, the State Project Manager described the project: “The primary services to be delivered by FE will include:
- Conduct interviews and focus groups with State system users to review needs and validate previously identified requirements
- Provide technical expertise to assist the State with developing, drafting, and refining of the System specifications and requirements for an RFP
- Provide subject matter expertise to assist the State and the evaluation committee during the procurement process including responding to vendors’ questions and vendor proposal evaluations
- Provide an analysis of the draft and final vendor contract
We may rely upon Federal Engineering for other services as the WISCOM project evolves.”
