Pinal County Selects Federal Engineering for Dispatch Center Systems Consulting

FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, July 27, 2020 — Pinal County, Arizona as selected Federal Engineering, Inc. (FE) to provide technical assistance for the continual improvements to the dispatch, mobile, records management, and jail management software.

Mr. Jeffrey Paré, FE Senior Account Executive, provided an overview of the project: “Federal Engineering is assessing user needs and reviewing the existing computer aided dispatch (CAD), mobile data, records management system (RMS), and jail management system (JMS) applications. From our hundreds of similar projects, we understand that each client and every technology upgrade or replacement is unique. As a full-service firm with extensive in-house resources and personnel, we are completing this project customized to the needs of Pinal County.” Tasks will include:

  • Requests for technical information for the existing systems
  • Customized survey tool to gather demographic and statistical data as well as an inventory of technology
  • User needs assessments to document CAD/Mobile/RMS/JMS functional requirements
  • Generation of Needs assessment and Requirements Report
